Can I cancel my order?Updated 7 months ago

Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations for change of mind, sale items, or personal financial circumstances are not allowed. However, if you need to cancel, requests must be made within 24 hours of payment, as work often begins quickly. 

Once items are dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you may return unused items for a refund (excluding shipping costs). Custom or engraved products are non-refundable. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded as per Australian Consumer Law.
