Yes, Foxhole Medals can update your medal set or make a new set in time for important events like Anzac Day. Here’s how to ensure your medals are ready when you need them:
Step 1: Place Your Order Promptly
- Timely Ordering: The earlier you place and pay for your order, the better we can guarantee its completion and delivery before your event. We recommend ordering as early as possible, particularly during peak periods like the lead-up to Anzac Day.
Step 2: Let Us Know Your Deadline
- Event Date: When placing your order, please specify the date of your event in the Notes section of your order. We prioritise orders based on event dates and locations, ensuring that your medals arrive on time for the occasion.
Step 3: Understand Our Turnaround and Shipping Times
- Standard Production Time: Our standard production time is 10 business days from the date of order placement. Shipping times are additional to this. While we often fulfil and ship orders faster than this, it's important to plan ahead.
- Expedited Orders: Outside of our high-demand period (typically February to May), we are happy to expedite orders to ensure they are completed ahead of others and meet your deadline—without any additional fees. If your event date falls within our standard production time, there’s no need to pay extra, as your order will naturally arrive in time. During high-demand periods, orders are completed in the order they were placed unless expedited with a priority service fee.
- Priority Service During Peak Times: During our high-demand periods, such as the lead-up to Anzac Day, we offer a priority service for a 50% fee on the total order value. This fee is only applicable when demand is high, ensuring that your order is completed and shipped with priority.
- Shipping: We use express, tracked shipping through the AusPost eParcel system, with average delivery times of 3-4 business days Australia-wide. We monitor shipping times closely to provide accurate delivery estimates.
Step 4: Monitor Your Order
- Order Confirmation: When you receive your order confirmation, it will include the expected ship date. Please pay attention to this date, and if you need your order before the listed date, advise us immediately so we can adjust accordingly.
