If you have a PMKeyS printout, you can send that instead. This step ensures we provide you with an accurate quote and speeds up the process.
• Assessment: We’ll assess your current set and confirm the details for the update. We specialise in updating both Foxhole and non-Foxhole medal sets. If your set was not originally mounted by us, please note there is a small dismantling fee to ensure your medals are treated with the utmost care during the update.
• New or Existing Set: Whether you’ve previously ordered from us or not, we’re ready to enhance your set. Medal groups we’ve mounted in the past do not incur the dismantling charge because of our high-quality, removable mounting process.

Step 2: Confirm Your Order and Secure Your Spot

• Review and Proceed: Once you receive the quote, simply review the details. Everything is designed to be straightforward, so you can confirm and proceed with confidence.
• Finalise Payment: By following the instructions in the quote email, you can easily finalise your payment online. This step locks your order in our production queue, ensuring your medals are completed on schedule.
• Production and Delivery: As soon as payment is confirmed, your order will be processed. Our team will begin updating your medal set, and you can look forward to receiving it within our standard production and shipping times.

• Shipping Instructions: Securely package your medals and ribbon bars, including the postal form with your order number.
