Step 1: Provide Details and Request a Quote

  • Send Us a Photo: To ensure accuracy, begin by sending us a clear photo of your current full-size or miniature medals and ribbon bars, along with a list of any new replica medals or ribbons you’d like to add. If you have a PMKeyS printout, you can send that instead. This information helps us provide a precise quote for the work involved, including the preparation of fresh ribbons in the correct order of wear.
  • Assessment: We’ll assess your current set and confirm the details for the update. Whether your medals were originally mounted by Foxhole or another provider, we can assist. If your set was not originally mounted by us, there may be a small dismantling fee to ensure your medals are properly cared for during the update. Medal groups we’ve mounted previously do not incur this charge due to our professional-grade, removable mounting process.

Step 2: Confirm Your Order and Secure Your Spot

  • Review and Proceed: Once you receive your quote, review the details and proceed with confidence. Our process is straightforward to ensure your experience is hassle-free.
  • Finalise Payment: By following the instructions in the quote email, you can easily finalise your payment online. This step secures your place in our production queue, guaranteeing that your medals will be updated on schedule.
  • Production and Delivery: After payment is confirmed, we will promptly begin the work on your medals. You can expect to receive your completed order within our standard production and shipping times.

Step 3: Send Us Your Medals

  • Shipping Instructions: Carefully package your medals and ribbon bars, including the postal form with your order number clearly written. Use express post to ensure the fastest and safest delivery, and Registered Post for original or irreplaceable items. We treat your medals with the utmost care throughout the process.

Step 4: Production and Turnaround Time

  • Standard Production Time: Our standard production time is 10 business days from the date of order placement, with shipping times additional. While we often fulfil and ship orders faster, it’s advisable to plan ahead.
  • Expedited Orders: If you have an upcoming event and need your medals sooner, we are happy to expedite your order at no extra cost outside of peak periods. During high-demand times, such as the lead-up to Anzac Day, we offer a priority service for a 50% fee on the total order value to ensure timely completion.
  • Priority Service During Peak Times: During peak periods, our priority service ensures your order is given top priority. This service is available for a 50% fee on the total order value, ensuring your medals arrive in time for key events.
  • Tracking Your Order: After your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. You can easily monitor your order’s progress and stay informed every step of the way.
