At Foxhole Medals, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that honour the significance of your medals. To maintain our focus and uphold our values, there are certain products and services we do not offer. Here’s a clear guide to what is outside our offerings:

Medals and Customisation:

Name Removal or Erasure from Medals:
We do not remove or erase names from original medals, as this would destroy their historical integrity. Each medal holds a unique story, and we are committed to preserving that legacy.
Buying or Selling Original Medals:
We do not buy or sell original medals. Our focus is on restoring and preserving them, rather than commodifying these significant items.
Foreign Medals:
While we offer a selection of foreign medals that are commonly awarded to Australians, we do not stock foreign awards in general. Our primary focus is on Australian medals and honours.
Detailed Repairs or Soldering on Medals:
We do not carry out detailed repairs or soldering on medals. These specialised tasks are best handled by manufacturing jewellers or similarly skilled professionals.

Mounting and Display:

Framing Services:
We do not offer any type of framing, including military or general display framing. Our expertise lies in mounting medals for wearing, not for display purposes.
Engraved Plates for Frames:
We no longer manufacture engraved plates for frames. Our engraving services are limited to engraving on medals only.
Swing Mounting for Large Groups of Medals:
We do not swing mount groups larger than 5 full-size medals or 12 miniature medals. For larger sets, we recommend court mounting to maintain quality and presentation.

Retail and Wholesale:

Wholesale Program:
Our wholesale program is by invitation only and is not available to all commercial entities. Any businesses or individuals not in our program are restricted to retail pricing, as listed on our website.
Loose Medals with Mounting Hardware:
Loose replica medals purchased from us come with the medal and ribbon but without mounting hardware like pins. These are best suited for customers who have the tools and expertise to mount them themselves.
Discounts:
We do not offer discounts as part of our standard pricing structure. Our prices reflect the exceptional quality and craftsmanship we put into every piece.

Other Products:

Trophy Manufacturing:
We do not manufacture or supply trophies. However, we do offer sporting medallions, which we can manufacture upon request.

Entitlement Research:

Researching Entitlements for Non-Australian Service Members:
While we specialise in Australian honours and awards, we no longer offer research services for non-Australian service members.
