If You've Sent Us Medals:
- We typically send a confirmation message once we receive your medals. If you haven’t received confirmation within 3 business days of sending them, please reach out to us.
- Provide your tracking number if applicable, and any order number or details about your request.
If You’ve Left a Message or Contacted Us:
- Whether you left a voicemail, contacted us via the help centre, messaged on social media, or used any other form of communication, we aim to respond within 2 business days.
- If you haven't heard back within this time, please send us a follow-up message or call us again.
