Foxhole is proudly a one-person operation, and that’s exactly how I maintain the level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail my customers value.

To protect that focus and give every order the time it deserves, all communication is handled by email only.

This means:

• Email only - no phone calls, SMS, or social media messaging

• No drop-offs or in-person visits - all correspondence and items must be sent by post

• Every request still receives detailed, personal service - just without interruptions
  
  

Sending Items to Foxhole

Use express post to send in replica medals, ribbon bars, or clasps/rosettes for recycling.

Use express post + signature on delivery to send in original or irreplaceable items.

Please note your order number next to your recipient details on the envelope.
