On Monday 2 December 2024, Foxhole Medals was restructured to a one-person operation which means Jim will personally be handling all orders and enquiries, with my AI assistance for general enquiries.

Customer Contact  

In order to efficiently maximise Jim's availability, phone and text support are regrettably no longer available, and all contact will need to be via via email only.  This decision was not made lightly, and Jim deeply regrets any inconvenience caused, especially for those less comfortable with email communication.    

Posting Medals

If you are wanting to send medals into Jim, he highly recommends:

- express post for replicas and 

- express post with signature on delivery for original medals.  

The best address is c/- Foxhole Medals, PO Box 494, Rosny Park, Tasmania 7018, and he'll shoot through a quick email to let you know when he's collected your parcel from the post office.

Turnaround Timing

Jim has already had to close Christmas orders, and he will be reopening on Monday 3 February 2025.  

Online orders are welcome during this time, and Jim will be responding to all enquiries in the order they were received upon his return, except for those marked with a specific event date in the subject line, which will be given priority.

Orders placed between now and the end of January will be completed and ready to ship at the end of February at the latest - deliveries within Australia-wide are generally received 3-4 business days later with the $22.95 shipping fee. 

While these changes are significant, Jim's commitment to providing the highest standard of service and care remains unwavering.  If you're in a position to be flexible in terms of turnaround during this period of transition and, honestly, much needed respite, it would be Jim's privilege to look after you and your family's medals.
