Foxhole Medals Shipping Policy

At Foxhole Medals, we take great care in ensuring that your orders are securely packaged and dispatched promptly. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping options, costs, delivery times, and other important information related to the shipment of your orders.

1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Shipping Method: All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel Express, which includes tracking, registration, and a signature upon delivery.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • $19.95 for low-value small items.
    • $22.95 for all other customers.
    • $POA for all bulk purchases or unique (in size or weight) items
  • Delivery Times: Once your order has been processed and dispatched (typically within 10 business days for standard orders), your package will arrive in 1-3 business days depending on your location. For more remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

  • Priority Orders: During peak periods, such as the lead-up to ANZAC Day, priority orders may be subject to a 50% surcharge on the total order value to ensure timely delivery.

If your order is required by a specific date for an event, it is your responsibility to check the estimated shipping date provided at checkout and notify us immediately if adjustments are needed.

2. International Shipping

  • Shipping Method: International orders are shipped via the fastest available method at the time of purchase. This typically includes tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of the package. Customers will be able to view shipping costs before completing their purchase.

  • Alternate Shipping Options: If you require a specific shipping carrier or service, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but additional charges may apply.

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times for international orders vary based on destination. Typical delivery times are between 7-21 business days, but this may vary depending on customs clearance and postal services in your country.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Order Processing Time: Standard production time for most products (including replica medals and medal mounting) is 10 business days from the date of order acceptance. Custom products may require longer production times, which will be communicated during the order process.

  • Dispatch Notifications: You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please use this information to track the status of your package.

4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Domestic Orders: If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • International Orders: For international shipments, if your package has not arrived within 30 business days after dispatch, please notify us. We will assist in tracking the package and filing claims if necessary.

  • Risk of Loss: All risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon dispatch. Foxhole Medals is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit. Claims for lost or damaged items should be made with the shipping carrier.

5. Alternate Shipping Methods

If you require an alternative shipping method (such as couriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS) or specific arrangements such as expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order. Any changes to the standard shipping methods must be agreed to in writing and may incur additional charges.

6. Shipping of Customer-Supplied Items

When shipping items to us for medal mounting or updates:

  • Please use a secure, registered postal service to send us your items.
  • Foxhole Medals does not accept responsibility for customer-supplied items until they have been received and signed for by a member of our team.

We recommend insuring high-value or irreplaceable items when sending them to us.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees to have the package reshipped.

8. Order Tracking

All domestic and international shipments include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please use this number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website.
