This option applies to orders placed within the last 24 hours. If your order has been marked as fulfilled, shipped, or ready for pick-up, please refer to our Returns Policy or the relevant policy.

Pricing Adjustments:

  • If the new product is higher in price, we’ll send a payment request for the difference.
  • If the new product is lower, we’ll process a refund for the difference.
